She's "Skeeting"- or Skiing

We decided that it was time to start Jade on the slopes. She's so amazingly coordinated that we thought it couldn't hurt. Of course the girl was a natural. She was great doing wedge turns and a snowplow stop. By the end of the day she was doing blue runs with very little fear.

The class met at the ski school yert. She was in a class with a little 7 year old named Joshua. She saw him on the lift after class and kept yelling hello to him. She said to us, "I like Joshua." A few minutes later she says, "I kinda like him too much." She greeted him everytime she saw him with a big "Hey Joshua."

Scott and I watched her for awhile while her class was on the rope tow. She had no idea we were there. I had to zoom in a ton so it's a little fussy.

For lunch we made peanut butter and jam sandwiches. Skiing must've made her hungry because she ate a whole sandwich and a lot of chips.

We are so proud of her and how willing she is to try new things. At 3:30 Scott asked her if she was ready to go. She said she wasn't and that she wanted to go on the "leg lift" again. What a little sweetheart.
